Terms of Service

By using Moorkyz Cards, you agree to these terms. Together with our Privacy Policy, they govern the relationship between you and the operator of this service.

1. Copyright

All content on this service is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all rights remain with the operator. Card designs you create remain yours; you grant us the right to display them to collectors as part of the service.

2. User accounts

You need an account to claim cards and to create card profiles. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the service or its users.

3. Cards, claims, and rewards

Each claim code can be redeemed once. Claims are final and cannot be transferred between accounts. Rewards are offered by the issuing company, not by the operator; the company defines their content, quantities, redemption instructions, and expiry. Prize probabilities are applied as configured by the issuing company. The operator does not provide monetary payouts.

4. Creator responsibilities

Creators must only publish content and rewards they are entitled to offer, must not upload unlawful or misleading content, and are responsible for honouring rewards granted through their reward profiles.

5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The content of this service has been created with great care; however, we cannot guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. As a service provider we are responsible for our own content under general law (§ 7(1) DDG). Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG we are not obliged to monitor third-party information or to investigate circumstances indicating illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block information under general law remain unaffected from the moment we become aware of a specific infringement.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
